Keeping Good Side Effects, Lose the Bad Ones

I am currently taking Prozac (40 mg daily) for OCD for about three years. It has worked very well for me and has had the added bonus of decreasing my binge eating episodes.

My problem is with the sexual side effects, namely reduced libido and difficulty in reaching orgasm.
They are driving me (and my husband!) crazy. Does anyone know of a different medication that works for OCD and binge eating, but does not have the sexual side effects?

I know someone may have answered this before, but I'm new to all this and haven't seen it yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
