Hi Scott...

I´m sorry but I missed your E-mail adress. I would be very glad to correspond with you.

Thanks a lot for your respons of my qestions regarding Mirtazapin. I have had severel infections since I started it for two years ago. Positive effect was: Very good for sleep, and reduced the sexual side effect from Venlafaxine. It´s negative side effect was weightgain and (infection)

I will make a trial to stop the Mirtazapin. Hopefully the Litium + Lamotrigine + Venlafaxine will keep the depression under controll.

What about you? Have you tried Topiramate yet? I have seen some refractary bipolar depression respond very well on Lamotrigin + Topiramate + ( your Venlafaxine)
I have spoke with som doc in this area, and they have started use this stratergi in difficult cases with progess.

What abou the citalopram? I have use it once, only in monotherapi, with moderat success. It has a very benign side effects profile. Are you still using Ziprasidone? I used it for two month but my blood pressure was raised when combo with Venlafaxine.

Stay well...//Petters
