I've just received this spam message about how Ginkgo Biloba can be effective as a mood stabilizer. Has anyone tried it? Any info on it?
Thanks,
Ricardo

I've trried gingko but it never really did much for me except maybe increase irritibility slightly.
Of all the herbs and natural things out there, I have personally found Rhodiola Rosea (4% Rosavin) to be amazing stuff.

Not for mood-stabilizing, but it works great to help with word-finding and memory difficulties.

Tried it - helps with memory - not mood stabilization or depression. michael73
