Wow- anyone try this? Suppose to help executive function. Unfortunately I am going on Straterra, so don't have chance to try it time wise

Hi there.Aricept (donepezil) inhibits an enzyme known as acetylcholinesterase (AChE). Acetylcholine (ACh) is a neurotransmitter used by neurons in the brain responsible for memory and some aspects of cognition. It is thought that by reducing the rate at which ACh is broken down by acetylcholinesterase, more of it will remain available, thereby increasing the activity of these neurons.
AChE inhibitors are used with some success in treating Dementia of the Alzheimers Type (DAT). Some people with severe depression use Aricept to help combat the dementia that is often a component of its presentation.
I would be interested to know where I could find info on the use of Aricept in treating ADD/ADHD.
