All I want to say that is since I've been posting from December last year I have had such great fun. I am a little obsessive (surely not!)- I have printed out hundreds of psycho babble articles. We all are a very strong special group of people. All marching on bravely, in spite of tremendous problems.
This site, and everyone on it, has helped me in many ways and, in a strange, way, even though we are miles away (I'm in Australia), I feel close to you all -- even when we beg to differ on issues.
Nardil has given me peace from undescribable suffering. It has wiped out my anxiety D/O's and depression amazingly well. We just have to kick OCD's ass now.
I truly hope you all gain the same peace as I have from Nardil.
I only have one advice: even when you are in the mud with your head kicked in the ground (Believe me, I've been there before plenty) - NEVER EVER GIVE IN! You are all too strong, and warm-hearted for that.

Hiya ace, I am so happy for you and your Nardil!I just started posting here last week, and it is a dream come true. It may sound corny, but I have never found a site that offers so much support and allows me to help others with my experience and a little knowledge. You guys are wonderful. And again, can't forget the doctor who runs the site Dr. Bob:-) This is way better AND more productive than a chat room where I used to just talk about stupid stuff. I am amazed at the amount of support I have gotten-I hope I have given support to those who ask. I look forward to continue logging on to this site. Even though I have only been here for a short time, I agree when you say "We all are a very strong special group of people".
AMEN to that. We all have been through a lot, and I am grateful that there is a site where we can all share our experience, strength, hope, and support for one another. It's been a real pleasure for me. Some of the nicest people I have met in my life have suffered from one form of mental illness or another and these people are as REAL as we come. We are the ones who are trying to find solutions and strength to live in a tough, but great world.

I think both of you are right on! I think that sometimes we all get so involved with our struggle with the beast that we forget to take the time to step back and realize what an incredible source of support and information this site is- and the people who frequent it are life savers. This site has changed how I deal with my own depression and has made me infinitely more proactive in my own care. Couldn't have done it without the great people at Dr. Bob's! Good luck to both of you. Ace- I'm so happy you have found peace! Amen to that- you deserve it!
