How do they compare to eachother or how do they compare to other non-SSRI AD's?
Amongst the SSRI's:
For me, Prozac and Zoloft had the most pronounced impact on Libido. Celexa had less of an impact and Lexapro, I think, had even less of an impact than Celexa.v. other AD's
Wellbutrin actually boosted my sex drive and I hear that MAOI's can do the same.

It's not an SSRI, but Effexor did not decrease my libido at all, in fact slightly increased it. I couldn't orgasm however.
As for prozac and zoloft, they both decreased my libido substantially, prozac perhaps a bit more so.

Zoloft - No signifigant decrease in libido. Mild/Moderate Delayed ejaculation.Paxil - No decrease in libido. Delayed ejaculation and almost total anorgasmia at higher doses.
Celexa - Drastically reduced libido and moderately delayed ejaculation.
Effexor - Mild decrease in libido at 150 mg with slightly delayed ejaculation. Mild INCREASE in libido at 225 mg, but with moderate/severe delayed ejaculation.
