Loss of libido is loss of desire for sex. Anorgasmia is inability to reach a climax (orgasm).

That is loss of libido.

You desire sex, you can have sex, but you don't get where you want to go (no orgasm). Pleasure may exist in the act itself, but without orgasm, you end up feeling very frustrated.

Another possible variation on this all is loss of erectile function. That can be included in the term arorgasmia by some doctors, but I think it is a separate concern.

That is what is called an unacceptable side effect. Prozac wasted me for several years. Having no sex drive is depressing as hell and you never realize how bad it is cause it has wiped out your whole interest in the subject. When it starts to return you say, "oh yeah, I remember these feelings." Get other meds. Try Lamictal, The dead libido thing effects your whole body. Its evil.
