Hey all,
been rx'd remeron, and recommended I take half dosages for a week before I go up to full (30mg). The dr said that 15mg has a sedating effect (no kidding), but that higher dosages weren't that bad. Given how narcoleptic the 15mg made me, what would the disadvantage be to simply skipping the week long titration? I didn't notice any other side effects. I have so much freelance work to do right now, and the sedation is really hindering me.

You haven't been on Remeron long enough. I take 15mg. and at first was very fatigue but that does go away. I have found that walking 3 miles every morning really helps. Give it a few weeks. I have tried 30mg but really didn't notice any difference as far as the fatigue.
This is the end of the thread.
