I was reading here http://www.oilofpisces.com/fishoilnutrient.html and apparently fish oil just has omega 3 in it. Does it have anything else useful? Can I just take Omega 3 pills and get the same effect?
Also at another artical I read at
http://www.oilofpisces.com/vitamine.html it says you need to take Vitamin E along with the fish oils, since they deplete that vitamin in your system.I know Sam's Wholesale club sells supplements of Fish Oil and Omega 3, so I wasn't sure which one would be the best to buy.

Thanks HenryO. I see your last post there was at 1/12/03. Its been 8 months since then. I suppose its still working well for you?
Anyway, I suppose instead of wasting time buying fish oils, I need to go to Omegabrite and buy Omega 3 pills.
For anyone else interested in trying this, remember, even though it comes from fish, fish oils supplements have no traces of mercury in most brands do to the process of extracting it.
