I've taken nardil for two days, and it seems like i cannot take this med because of food restrictions.
i'm a korean, and i consulted a pdoc in korea, and what he said was MAOI is almost not used in korea because of the nature of korean foods.
many foods that koreans eat contain yeast extracts, such as kimchi.
so, i'd like to know which med i should take next.
i'm diagnosised with OCD and Social anxiety. my anxiety is kind of severe so i'm taking .5 of klonopin at bedtime.
i've tried Celexa and Paxil, but i heard that there are different kinds of SSRI's even tho they are still SSRI's.
So, does anybody know what they are? or recommend me the next SSRI to try.
