Maybe it's my imagination, but feel tightness across my chest and shortness of breath on Effexor 75xr...been on it for 3 weeks now..bit scarey...is this a side effect?

-------75mg isn't a whopping dose. If you never felt this way before, I'd wager it has something to do with it, though. Sounds like an anxiety symptom to me. Do you experience other anxiety symptoms ("shakiness", sweating, increased heart rate)?
