hey this treatment works pretty well, but, are you supposed to spend the rest of your life on 3 hours of sleep ??

It works great!! But you don't have to do it every night. The effects work a few days for me, or can snap me right out of a depressive phase of my cycle entirely.
Yet sometimes, sleep deprivation has the opposite effect on me. So it's not the most reliable depression treatment.
