Help - Need quick info on perphenazine (trilafon)

I've had a bad case on insomnia, made worse by Lexapro. My pdoc just prescribed a small (4mg) dose of perphenazine to go with the 2 mg of lorazapam I am already taking. I’ve never heard of this drug. Have any of you used it for sleep?
