Hi!
I wonder if someone else experienced 150mg amisulpride the same way I did. My doctor advised me to take it at 200mg, because the activation of specific brain regions is at its maximum at this dosage. I raised from 100 to 150mg, after 5 days my prolactin level got measured, it was a bit over the limit but ok. I waited 2 more weeks at 150mg before I intended to raise to 200. By the time my libido got greatly reduced (wich is not very good at all) and I really became quite "simple minded" and numb. I really felt I was on an antipsychotic.
Anyone else expereinced this at only 150mg? My doctor did not expect this at that dosage. I now again reduced it to 100mg and I am auite safisfied with it. I still feel a bit, that I am on an antipsychotic, but the positive things overweight the negative.BTW If someone read an can remenber my post a few weeks ago when I was in hospital.. I got worse and worse on lexapro and then they also wanted to take away my Lamictal, I came to the point to say no and left on my wish. It was a big mistake to go there. I have already recovered from that. The only thing left over from hospital is 5mg Lexapro, which does nothing really bad nor good. I will leave it that way. (30 mg were like poison...)
I am currently on
200mg Lamictal
300mg Neurontin 3x per day
100mg Amisulpride (Solian)
5mg Lexapro
150mg Zyban(Wellbutrin)at bedtime 0,5mg Xanax and 100mg diphenhydramine

Where did you get the Amisulpride? I am in United States and I don't think it is available here. I want to try it out but I can't find any overseas websites that offer it.

Still doing great on Amisulpride 50 mg/day. I use Adderall from time to time to boost motivation even more but amisulpride does its job at destroying my dysthymia + social anxiety.

I get it on prescription and the co-pay fee is ~4 euro :)But be warned, to ask such things is forbidden on this board. Read the FAQ of this site.
