CAPTAGON / fenethylline

Hi
I was wondering if there is anyone here, like from Germany or France, or from anywhere else, where they have the product:
CAPTAGON (fenethylline)

It is a stimulant that is used in Germany and in France.
I assume that it is not as strong of a stimulant as Ritalin, for example, because I saw a PDR like book for Germany (Die Rote Liste) of 1963 and while Ritalin already required a triplet, Captagon did not.

If there is anyone here that uses this medication for ADHD and/or whatever purposes, could u please post some feedback?
