Another newbie Lex question(S)

Just wondering , on average how long it took before anyone started feeling that Lex was helping them with their anxiety symptoms, my doctor said that he was prescribing me Lex mainly for the anxiety dampening effects that it posses and also because he did not want to put me on a narcodic like valium or Xanax for my anxiety because it can be habit forming..hehe all these different drugs and reactions, ill just drink my 6 pack a night and give up the drugs.... 8)
