I have severe blunted emotions no sex drive or motivation. I hear that mirapex is the best thing for this, wellbutrin has not done anything for me much even at 450 mgs.
I am am thinking of using a small dose of selegiline with wellbutrin. I was wondering 10-20 mg with selegiline with maybe 150-300mg of wellbutrin? I do hear about a MAOI and wellbutrin contraindication but I hear selegiline is very useful for dopamine based problems and is different from most MaoI's

blunted emotions.. sounds so familiar. But I actually didnt hear anything about that with Mirapex. But I can imagine this might work...

Most studies for Parkinson and Alzheimer were done with 10-20mg. But the main reason why I will give it a try is its Nitric Oxide increasing ability. A bit more blood flow in my brain might do the trick. We'll see. I also hope it would work on all other things I suffer from...
I am thinking to start at 2,5-5 mg beacase I have read that MAO-B inhibition should also be archieved at that low dosage and maybe this is also enough for NO (nitric oxide) effect. I fear a nasty anxiety increasing effect, so I want to start as low as possible.Keep us posted, hows it going (especially if you choose Mirapex :)

I read on crazydrugs.org that Mirapex causes sedation ironically.

Mirapex has been used successfully in adjunt to AD therapy to reverse apathy, low motivation, lethargy. Some people have noticed that after a few months on Mirapex that they had unusual sleepiness at unexpected times during the day.
Some day it's sedating and some say it got them out of the darkest of depressions.
