My doctor has decided to try me on Lexapro 10mg and Xanax .25mg....I notice the Lexapro makes me extremely intolerant of chocolate and coffee. I get really nervous and sleepy at the same time.
Does anyone else have problems with Lexapro?

I took lexapro for about a year starting at 10mg and ending up at 60mg. In the beginning I had no problems that I noticed, but the reason I eventually switched to Cymbalta was due to memory loss and weight gain. I think those didn't really become problematic until I started taking higher doses. Upon stopping my memory has gotten better but the weight isn't coming off easily, but that could be due to switching over to Cymbalta.
