I am on 150mg xr for 3 yrs, for the first 1 1/2 yrs I was fine. I can never concentrate on anything, doing tasks, writing, reading, working, or reading email. I feel foggy, lethargic, unmotivated, quit often to the point were in order to do the garbage or laundry etc, I have to have coffee to get energy.
I work night shift and stay up all night frequently everyday until the morning light comes up, I wonder if this has an effect I dont know, but has anyone else felt the EFfexor fatigue symptoms, and did Wellbutrin help, I almost feel like I am have ADD symptoms, my career is disopating.

yes, I got that effect. sometimes the effexor will work great and sometimes it will make me feel like crap. I just don't understand this drug. I tried adding wellbutrin but that just made me anxious and snappy

Does it help with your depression. You're working and I can't. I'm still looking for something that will help my anxiety and depression. Fondly, Phillipa

Out of all the things I tried, Wellbutrin was the first one to snap me out of the brain fog. I noticed the difference in less than a week.
I was taking 300mg for a long time along with effexor 300mg. Huge difference from just effexor. Later I dropped the effexor down to 150, and added 200mg provigil. This week we've upped the wellbutrinto 450.
But it *can* increase anxiety. I just consider it a small price to pay, considering.
