Will lexapro interfere with tegretol blood test?

Hi...

I have my first blood test on thursday.
I've been on 800mg a day of tegretol for 6 days.
I felt ok but yesterday the withdrawal from paroxetine( from 2 months ago) came back and the tegretol isn't helping my mood shifts.
My doc hasn't prescribed lexapro.
Will the blood test for tegretol be affected if I start 10mg of lexapro?
Please help if you can as I'm going crazy.
