I think the ritalin is making a huge difference,i am feeling pretty darn good again today.

Only problem is i could not sleep last night, but i am taking a amphetamine so i should not be surprised.

I still am tweaking to get the best dose of each med ritalin/parnate but two days symtopm free aint bad.

Sleep,ah well if it helps my dperession ill deal with sleep on its own its not a priority.

Hello Willy
You seem to need the dopaminergic thing, hey?
Glad something's working.
I'm in Melbourne, great Asian herbalists here with excellent formulas for sleep. The one I bought contains Gastrodia Elata, which Chairman Mao was talking about yesterday or so. Something to do with preserving GABA maybe. Chinese herbs are so cool.
All the best Willy

It's not prosocial, not with me Willy, nothing works with me. But it has a certain aesthetic attraction. Well the old fashioned ones work with me, the ones available before 1914 or so. 30km walk this morning, it should make me feel better than it does.
