I have been to panic center.net they did a survey and asked if you had symtoms of uncontrolled thoughts, feelings and abruptions in thoughts that cause anxiety.....what did i put YES!
What symtom is this branched from?
I dont know why, i wake up in the mornings with bad anxiety, and then around 6:30 i have almost a nuerotic run. I have thoughts that tumble over each other, thats why i have anxiety as a sense of control over it.
What do you think?
Matt

maybe looking into anxiety too much could be causing you to get more anxious? you know how medical students go throught that phase of diagnosing themselves with everything because they are reading too much on it. It can make your head spin. Just a thought.
see post in psych.
And even the most "normal" person will have yes's in mental health checklists/surveys. Its a very fine line when diagnosing. Thats why we need doctors. Those quizes/tests remind me of horoscopes.

I though you were saying that you were lurking on sites about anxiety rather than anxiety was lurking. so my post above is somewhat useless, but fwiw I believe it.
sorry

Matt, does it have anything to do with your problems at home, starting school, and your grandmother? And how is she BTW. Fondly, Phillipa
