Generally how long should I wait before resuming a "normal" diet after discontinuing parnate? I've heard two weeks is a good rule of thumb, but has anyone seen evidence or otherwise have experience with restarting a diet in less time? Thanks!

I don't have any experience with this. Is there something in particular you want to resume eating?

I just wasn't sure if there was a typical wait period before one can be considered safe to resume the no-no foods.
Thanks!
