I've almost got it right....

except I am still socially withdrawn.

In the last few months I have changed my cocktail so much, and I think I have found the right combination (for now anyways). The only thing that still concerns me is my lack of human interaction or the desire for. I have been socially withdrawn since beginning Cymbalta seven months ago.

I am wondering if I should just be happy with great improvements with motivation and energy and just ignore the sociability factor?

If I make changes with my meds, should I replace Cymbalta with something else or add something to my cocktail, which consists of:

Cymbalta 60 mg
Wellbutrin XL 150 mg
Cytomel 25 mcg
Trazodone 50 mg
Klonopin 2mg
Abilify 4mg

I can think of two meds that would likely help. The drawback is they are both only available mailorder from europe or south america.

One of them is adrafinil 300mg-900mg. A very close cousin is provigil. FDA approved drug.

The other is amisulpride 50mg. Not FDA approved drug. But for the specific symptoms you are asking about, yeah, it has the highest odds of working than anything else I can think of at the moment.
