MAO - A MAO-B??

Posted by Maxime on December 24, 2006, at 1:11:39

Does Parnate and Nardil inhibit both MAO-A and MAO-B? I know that Manerix mainly inhibits MAO-A.

Thank you.

Parnate and Nardil both inhibit MAO-a and MAO-b, and so does Marplan. They are much more powerful than manerix, but more dangerous, too.

Thank you. I've been on Nadil and Parnate. The next trial is to take mega doses of Manerix to make it like Parnate. Hopefully I won't get too many nasty side effects.
