Is it best to take a single dose at night or split dosage morning and evening? Is the half life long enough to take a single nighttime dose?

In reality, it only has an average of 16 hours or so as a half life, so it is generally split morning and evening.
But as they say, your miles may vary. If you find interdosal withdrawal I would say take it twice a day.
Valium has a longer half life.
You might split it so the evening dose is greater to avoid peak fatigue in the morning, but that also may vary.

Its stronger, but subtler and slower in the uptake. I never found it to be all that "relieving." But for those who habituate fast to benzodiazepines perhaps that's a good choice.
This is the end of the thread.
