Just wondering if you could comment on your dosing t.i.d.
I did the 30 mg for a week, usually one at 8. one at 11, and one at 2-3 oclock p.m. I started this after my doctors advice of taking one with each meal kept me up at night because I don't eat till 630-7 at night.
For those on 40, 50, 60 mg- how do you do your dosing throughout the day, or is there anybody who takes it all at once in the morning?

I take them all at once... the insomnia was sooooo bad that I just didn't want to even try spreading them out... someone here recommended getting all 3 or 4 down by 9am and say goodbye to sleepless nights... I did, and it got about 75% better.
(also my dr. gave me some ambien, have never used it but have it just in case it returns... for first six weeks I did not sleep. AT ALL! also, once I forgot to take my pills completely, and I slept so hard and deep that night, with so many dreams, without even moving till 11am the next morning -- it sort of worried me -- what is the stuff doing my sleep cycle?????

I used to take 30mg in the morning, then take another 10mg each time I felt the stimulant effect wearing off over the course of the day. This crept up to 120mg in a short space of time. I think taking more then 40mg at any one time puts you at risk of one of those spontaneous hypertensive crises, though not everyone is affected. I think your dosing schedule sounds about right, it's not usually advised to take Parnate after 3:00PM due to the insomnia side effect.
