Over the last five years of my life I feel I've probably suffered some facet of every affective disorder in existence. Not understanding proper treatment of psychiatric disease in the beginning I landed in and out of jail, rehab, and psych wards. It' only in the last year or two I've been able to enter remission from my main problems of atypical depression and social anxiety. Forums like this one have paved the way to my recovery. I've taken dozens upon dozens of psych meds and each combo wether failed or yielding some effectiveness has led me to my current combo of Nardil 60mgs and Amisulpride 50mgs q.d. Unfortunately, my creativity and sociability ( i.e. talkativeness/friendliness ) is pretty impaired. If anyone has any experience with this and could offer augmentation strategies I would really appreciate it.

I take the amisulpride for residual depressive symptoms, anhedonia, lack of motivation, and to help overcome nardil sexual side effects

And the amisulpride is helpful for that?

yes, amisulpride is the best/most tolerable dopaminergic I've ever taken. Stimulants cause hyperfocusing, emotional deadening, fatigue, and rebound depression and anxiety after a few days/weeks. Dopamine agonists requip and mirapex work but have more sides than amisulpride. Abilify works for depression but causes increased anxiety, racing thoughts and akathisia.

APART from the improvement of the sexual sides what does it do for SAD/GAD & DYSTHYMIA??
SoulSickness - DO you or anyone else know how to stop the RAPID DECLINE of NARDILs (amazing)EFFECTIVENESS that invariably sets in within a few months??
P.S. SoulSickness - V.interested if you have anymore thoughts re tratment options/effectiveness etc considering the path you've travelled. Good Luck mate.
