I've been seeing posts about people gaining weight on remeron supposedly because of the antihistaminergic effect..does that mean all antihistamines (or perhaps H1 specifically) can cause weight gain and/or increased appetite?
Anyone who's been taking claritin daily long-term notice increased appetite or weight gain?
Thanks!

It is weak at best.
does that mean all antihistamines cause weight gain and/or increased appetite? No. Seldane/Allerga/Zyrtec/Claritin do not cause weight gain or increased appetite.
