I was taking 30 mg of Nardil for four months and doing well. Then I had relapse. For past six weeks, been on 45mg and then increased to 60 over the last two weeks.
I've heard the 1mg/1kg thing, but I wanted to know what has been an effective Nardil dosage for many in here. Thanks, Michael

I would say that the most common dosage range used for Nardil lies between 60-75mg. For Parnate, the range is wider = 40-80mg.

When I took Nardil, I did well at 75 mg/day of Link Pharmaceuticals' Australian Nardil. I couldn't tolerate the same dose of Pfizer's U.S. Nardil, but I did still get some reasonable therapeutic benefits from it for about two months at 60 mg/day.

I started at 75 mg/day and didnt feel much about a year ago. Ive been at 90mg's/day for about 9 months now. I just upped it to 105mg/day 3 days ago to see if it works at all better but I think my optimal dose will be around 120... Ive had so many relapses and been hospitalized even at 90.. evry one is so different, I wish it worked for me at 75mg/day because thats where i feel no SE's
