this happens a lot when i look for info on google. finding these "patents." i worry what the consequences may be, but i know nothing about this sort of stuff.

They're would be patents for drugs or drug combinations for use in disorders otherwise not indicated. They often seem to divulge more info about the drug's mechanisms than i have found anywhere else. I was just looking into lofepramine as a non ssri/snri option as it's widely prescribed where i come from in the UK.

Sounds like a med for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and adhd. But then the abstract talks about TCA's. Did they use TCA's for adhd? Phillipa

Occasionally as a 2nd line treatment: usually 'catecholaminergic' TCAs like desipramine and nortriptyline.
