you no the negative atitude an down right bag of sh*t witch is my mental unit,should be nuked, since my last faithful waste of time , i have plunged into dispair of the hole mental heath system,the history of mine as it runs.1 failed to keep there opintments,2keeped waiting sometimes 1 hour only to see a different doc. 3 compleatly wrong meds an doses for the med,4 stop all ativan dead me nearly the same, 5 put me in hospital . thats more like a zoo.6 make me worse when in . 7 forget you soon as you walk out the door,8dont no who you are at the next appointment,9 send me to ctb after i ask , theropist says i need pyhco theropy an will fill in notes,an never does,10 srink says no real progress on mental health for years only meds.10 tell him to stick it an go to gp for meds from now on,dont no how he will work out whats needed but hey/im not spoilt for choise in the matter, crash like a zeppelin ,up my zoloft from 50 mg to 100 .only makes matters worse. Im in a boat in the middle of sea with no oars, such is life for mental space cadet
