Works best for anxiety and my promote neurogenesis. Some take it before bed to help with sleep. It is also known to work on acetylcholine receptors which may give it a mind boosting property. This would be a topic for the alternative board.

was qualitatively better than any other brand I tried.
It's iffy with sleep as it feels somehow dopaminergic.

I would be careful about taking that with an Maoi, if you're taking any.

Jarrow is also a good brand for Sensoril Ashwagandha. Some people find Ashwagandha sedating while others find it activating. Might be worth a try.
