Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone out there has experience with Stablon? I am trying to switch from Prozac to this medication, and would really, really appreciate some support, since no one here in the States has much info about it.
THanks,
Eric

The recommended dose for tianeptine is 25 - 50 mg.
Some patients report effects of much higher doses.doxogenic

It's a good drug with no side effects but somewhat habit-forming.
For me the minimum effective dosage is 37,5mg 3xday (9 pills per day) but usually I take more (up to 18 pills).
There are some scientific articles who say that individuals with certain genes for the dopamine 2 receptor (taq1 A allele) respond to higher dosages than those who carry the other version of the gene.
The recommendet dosage is 12,5 mg 3 times daily.
It has a mild psychostimulant effect and at the same time decreases anxiety.
This drug saved me and the benefits do overweight the risks in my case.
This is the end of the thread.
