Hi, I average about one benzodizapine per week. Usually I take it when my mind starts to go haywwire, lingering anxiety, insomnia, mild paranoia, low motivation etc.
Usually I feel better within a few hours of taking it, but sometimes I feel better for a few days after it wears off. Almost like it can resychronize the brain, albeit temporarily.
Does anyone else notice longer term benefits from a single benzo?

Maybe it could be that the benzo suppresses adrenal, cortisol. and anything excitatory....but then on the rebound the rebound goes on for a while until the feedback loops figure out what's going on?
