Hello, I am taking 0.5 mg clonazepam at night for anxiety for 15 days approx.
I find that it shortens the total amount of sleep to 6 or less hours. For me this is often not enough and I feel tired later in the morning.
Can I expect this to adjust or is there anything I can take like melatonin to sleep more?
Thanks

I've not read of klonopin shortening sleep time. Were you sleeping better without it? Maybe take twice a day? Seems strange? Phillipa
