As most know since i make no hush of it,the main med ive been on since i took over my meds is parnate.
Its the only drug that i felt, that gave me a responce, and that actualy earned the name anti depressant and i took every single med there is.
What i dont get is this,if you just took a pen and pad,and googled the hell of parnate and user ratings, you will see non stop postings of how this med, saved lives,is a miracle, worked wonders, etc. Most people have a good response to it,then it poops out,but the average user usualy finds reliaf with parnate, dont take my word, google parnate and user ratings and just see how many posts state how well this drug works.
So why not re work it,you have a med that is the only one that actualy holds a succes rate of 80 percent via a document i reead,so lets,
First make higher tabs so people dont have a ton of pills to take a recomended dose of 60 mg
Lets reconize that its noted the drug does its best over the recomended dose, nearing 100 mg for treatment resisance, which is when it started to work for me.
Lets work on the maoi side effects and insomnia.
And re wire a med that obviosly is on the right track of working.
I guess thats not gonna happen since they already took one even better, nardil, and re wired it to actualy work worse according to most users via the re formualtion.
Nardil back in the days was the gold standard,it was parnate but with gaba and had more anxiety relieaf.
But in my opinion,we had two extremly effective meds, old nardil and parnate, and instead of making these drugs more safer and advanced,we instead continue to pump out ssris and a lil tweak i.e ssnri but they are basicaly the same if u dont respond.Only my view of course i dont claim nothing here fact.

Willyee,
Do I understand correctly that shasling is now going to take parnate instead of a stim? I'm sorry to come in sideways like this.
I didn't know about the CFS. Is it chronic fatigue or the full on syndrome with the intermittent temperatures and/or swollen glands. Either way, that's rough.
fbIn the above thread, Scott mentioned emsam--I heard that, too. Helps some with ADD to focus. But you guys been there, done that?

Willye,
Think I misunderstood your post--my apologies. I read way above that shasling is trying xyrem. Has she started?
I have heard it works for some most excellently where other meds have failed by creating true restorative sleep.
So is shaslng adding xyrem to parnate, or is parnate not part of her mix.

No problem. Like I said, sorry to come in sideways like that. It became pretty apparent as I read that I was not up to date.
Best to you both,
