Current meds
Sertraline 100mg om
Reboxetine 100mg bd
Alprazolam 1mg bd
Risperidone 1mg nocte
I have been on the Alprazolam for about 12 months..... 5 months ago I reduced from 1mg tid to 1mg bid without any issues, and now want to try and slowly withdraw.
I'm thinking the next step would be to reduce to 0.5mg in the morning and 1mg at night for a while, then 0.5mg twice a day.
Any idea how long I should leave been dose reductions?

I think it depends on your body as you say so far no trouble withdrawing so I'd see what happens and take it from there. Phillipa
