has anyone had after effects after being off of cymbalta even after a month---quit 60 one day started 20 celexa the next/40 a week later came down with a massive flu...maybe just sick...just wondering

When I was on celexa I got this weird muscle fatigue thing at 40mg. Might be related. I found that backing off on the dose helped.
Id stick it out a bit and see if it goes away.
cymbalta has a nasty withdrawal for a lot of folks. Doesnt really matter that you switched over to something else directly. It works on pain, probably with its NE reuptake inhibition. Celexa is an SSRI only.
Its pretty common to add wellbutrin to it, if it doesnt work out by itself. That does a small amount of NE reuptake.
TCAs as a class are heavy on NE and usually good on pain, if thats an issue. I took desipramine with it for awhile, that was a good combo.

so your saying it could be the celexa at 40--dr. just lowered it to 20 because of sweating---elaborate more on the cymbalta withdrawel
