I have been prescribed Lyrica for migraine and vertigo.
Should I expect the same startup scenario like with AD's ? eg. feel like crap for a few weeks and gradually (supposedly) get a response -
or do these start working right away ?Thanks.

I thought Lyrica was just used to treat fibromyalgia. I guess it has off-label uses like many meds. I hope it works for you.

According to the national Institute for Clinical Excelence in England, it is as effective as lorazepam in GAD with fewer side effects and virtualy no dependency potential..... its effects gradualy appear over 7 days

Lyrica should be working right away. Although it might take a while to work on the migraines. I can't say it will work at all for your vertigo-that's an off-label use I have never seen.

Would you have any information on Lyrica = Lorazepam = Clonazepam equivalences?

Lyrica is equivalent to .5 mg of Lorazepam. I read this in a study but I can't seem to find it.
