I take the generic XL in 300 strength. Just today it dawned on me that it could be the switch to the 300 XL.
I don't like it! It sucks as you can imagine. Feels like I'm being suffocated.
Opinions anyone??

It's a lot better now. I just started taking a higher amount and in a different form (SR). Unfortunately it's not doing the job anyway.
