Looking for another medication

Hi, all. I have been being on low dose of amisulpride for more than 2 years for my social anxiety. 50mg in morning and another 50mg in evening. I'm really appreciated for the aids of amisulpride as it eliminates most of my anxiety dealing with people or in social situations. Moreover, it also alleviates my social withdrawal behavior. However, I'm not sure if it is anxiolytic. Even so, it is just a mild one.

Apart from SA, I discover that I tend to think repetitively about something that is stressful or makes me anxious. They may be related to social activities or not. I do not know if this is a kind of obsessive thoughts. And I want to ask for help about any suggestion of medications that is beneficial for such distress problem. Is there any drugs to prevent my mind from looping of a stressful incident and have anxiolytic effect without sedation if any?

About my background of medication history, I have tried SSRI like citalopram and paroxetine which give me some bad experiences. I hate the feeling of being blunt in mood as well as the sexual side effect and they are also anxiety-inducing for me that I cannot tolerate. For benzodiazepines, say valium and lorazepam, they are too addictive and easily build up tolerance which are not a good choice for long term in my opinion.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a serotogenic based disease. People who have OCD have lower levels of serotonin in key parts of the brain. Therefore, you need serotogenic drugs to treat the disease. SSRIs, SNRIs, Mirtazapine and Clomipramine are going to be your best bets. Other drugs that may be of use:

Tramadol
Ondansetron
Keppra
Topomax
dextroamphetamine
