Hi all
I have access to both these dopaminergic meds and would quite like to rotate them (using each once every four days - so 2/4 days in total).
I am wondering whether they be cross-tolerant, or perhaps not as they act upon dopamine via different mechanisms I think (but don't understand very well!)
Many Thanks

I don't think they would be cross tolerant because they have a different mechanism of action.
What are you reasons for rotating?

>Cheers, the idea behind rotation is because I don't want to become tolerant to the effects of amisulpride and I want to keep my prolactin levels down. I also have other things to use (etizolam, agmatine & rhodiola) which I believe should also be rotate.

OK I see :)
Do you respond to amisulpride and amineptine quickly? ie. making rotation possible.
I was under the impression amineptine wasn't available anymore btw?

Hi Ed
I think I have found a source for amineptine (there is still one out there)...and yes I get a decent effect straight away from 50mg amisulpride (not so much 25mg though?)
Cheers
