does anyone have info on how strongly Hydroxyzine binds to the 5ht2c receptor? im trying to find out if its affinity for that receptor is stronger than Cyproheptadines. and, i dont know if its possible, but id like to find out what dose of Hydroxyzine is equivalent to Cyproheptadine regarding affinity for receptors.

Hydroxyzine antagonizes the 5ht2a receptor, not the 5ht2c receptor.
