So I continue to get better especially productivity-wise. People tell me and I agree. My theory is that my brain is recovering from the Nardil Psychosis that I had 7 years ago. That stuff did me little good. I am not sure what exactly it is that enables me to get better, but it's unmistakable that I do get better. Supplements maybe. The absence of psychosis probably helps, too. I think that i am also not as ill as i appeared up until 2018. Maybe a large part of that craziness was med induced. Of course, there were problems that made me take an antidepressant, but I was mostly functional. I am encouraged by these results. I thought I was damaged for good, which would suck, because then it would be kind of my fault, too. I'm having kind of a come back now.
I finished my 3 year behavioral therapy and am now therapist-less. Considering doing psychodynamic therapy sometime in a couple of months.
Thanks for the company along the way! Unfortunately, I don't know what will help YOU because everyone is different. I only know what I think it is that helps me. I am not a scientist. I can use the shotgun approach and fight for my life and health on all fronts. My advice to you is to do the same and stay open-minded.
