I don't know how / why, but when I cut out my cup of green tea, I experience more mood symptoms. Perhaps it is by reducing inflammation.

https://www.balancingbrainchemistry.co.uk/I've read that some of the green tea constituents inhibit COMT (Cathechol-O-Methyl-Transferase), which is an enzyme that breaks down dopamine, noradrenaline, and adrenaline. I don't know it this is relevant, but I thought I'd mention it.
