Babblemail, Should We Be Able To Read Them?

Posted by Phillipa on June 17, 2005, at 20:36:56

Okay, Here's one for you. Since we can basically write to people on the boards in privacy by way of Babblemail, do you think this is possibly talking about others behind their back. If you can receive a "please be civil" or "Block" for posts, do you think someone should monitor Babblemail? Loaded question. Fondly, Phillipa

No, not unless it's abusive and unasked for.
Dr. Bob has outlined dealing with that situation in the F.A.Q.

Otherwise, what's next? Monitoring E-mail? Phone conversations that involve other babblers?

Starting to seem that way. At least to me. Fondly, Phillipa
