I feel sad, feels like a ghost town

Posted by Lemonaide on August 4, 2008, at 13:43:13

It is sad not to get very many replies or posts that can be replied to. This site has been a part of my life so long, it is hard for it to be disappearing.

It is really, really quiet. It makes me sad too.

Lemonaide,
You wrote,[...not to get very many replies or posts that I can respond to...]
There is a new way to have a forum that I have conceived that has not been implemented yet that I think if it was put in motion here that it could turn over the forum to a new side that IMO could cause many others to come here to contribute so that there could be more posts to respond to and more posters wanting to reply.
All of the mental health forums that I know of have a face to them that I would want to revolve around a different axis. This axis and new concept if sucessfull, could roll over Psycho Babble and then could tell other forums the news.
Lou

Maybe it's not disappearing. Couldn't it be just a phase? I think, for me anyway, a phase would be really hard to spot while you're actually in it, but only later could we look back and see. I've only been here since 2004, so I can't go back to the beginning like some can, but I do remember low times before..but only vaguely. Which doesn't mean they didn't happen - just means my memory works that way and/or the memory fades as a new phase of activity takes over, so I forget the quiet times....?

I dunno for sure, of course. I guess only time will tell. But I do have hope. I have to....cuz I refuse to "do" hopeless!!

It seems the med board is picking up steam in the last couple of days. Maybe it's just a normal waxing and waning thing. Here's hoping!

Seems Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days. Just my observation. Phillipa
