Using inositol sounds great, but I don't know how practical inositol is. I bought some powder once, but when I realized how much I'd have to use I got very discouraged. In the amounts that were prescribed for treatment, it was even more expensive than brand-name antidepressants. And very daunting to think of trying to get it down.
However, if researchers have changed their mind about the dose, I would certainly consider trying it.
