I would like to know if there are any natural rememdies for OCD? Can St John's wort treat OCD?

Thx.

Hi, my nephew, he's 16, was given extra Vitamin B6, DMG (3 times a day), and Magnesium.
After 3 months, his OCD went away, and we could all tell he was much calmer and not so fidgety and obsessive. His thoughts were clearer, he didn't ruminate so much about everything, and slept better!

I've also heard about a program called 'Designed Thinking'~not sure if it's still around.

I did a search for you also and found this, it's a website and a booklet to help deal with anxiety and OCD:

Alternative routes sometimes are better than medication...

Thank you for your advice.

How much magnesium does your nephew take daily? I am also on it. And what is DMG?

I have Obsessive thoughts too.
This is good advice for me, and I appreciate it. I have a question:

What forms (liquid calsule or tablet) and dosages (in total per day) of those supplements were given to your nephew?
